What is RS485 communication protocol you use for the inverter?
Most inverter all have RS485 protocol communication port. You can use RS485 port to connect with our monitoring hardware to communication with phone App. Protocol detail please contact us.
What kind of certificates your solar generator power products have? Is your off-grid inverter meet IEC 62109-1?
All our products have CE certificates, products comply with IEC 62109-1 safety standards, and product quality meets European certification requirements.
If you have specific certificate needs, please feel free to consult our sales representatives, we can also help our client to got any necessary certificate.
What is the MOQ for the Sunflx solar product ?
The MOQ varies depending on the product. Typically:
Solar inverter :1pcs.
Solar Charge Controller: 50pcs.
Solar Panel :3 pallet (around 93pcs).
Gel Battery: 20pcs.
Lithium battery:1pcs.
Are Customization Available for Products?
Yes, we offer customization options on several products.

How many distinct Models does your warehouse currently stock?
Most of regular parameter products such as HF /LF solar inverter, accessories like solar cable, connectors are always in stock. It can be ship once you confirm the order.
We are factory, so we mainly produce products according to our customers’ order. Below is rough delivery time for some customized product.

Are you able to make the solar panel at the size that I need?
Yes, Solar panel are made of solar cell. Solar cell size usually have 156mm156mm , 162162mm or 182mm*182mm. we can arrange these solar cell as per your needed size.
But one important thing is we must make sure the size is economic for make pallets and loading container and comply with the solar charge controller Max PV input voltage.
And right now, solar panel size is quite fixed all over the world, every solar company use the similar size solar panel to avoid installation mistake and improve the install efficiency. We do not much really suggest client to customize the solar panel size.
what is the maximum LED power that we can connect with your controller? (PWM)
It according to the controller parameter
For example:
if your PWM controller is 12V 20A, then PWM DC output power is 20A *12V =120W
What do you have for single phase and three phase.
Most of our product are single phase.
Our low frequency inverter from 3.2KW to 160KW can make three phase.
How many can you supply for different product per month?

What is the Warranty Period for Your Products?
For Products under Sunflx brand name ,warranty is below
Solar panel : 12 years
Solar inverter : 1-5 Year according to different model
Solar charge controller : 1-3 Year according to different model
Lithium battery : 10 years
Gel battery: 3 Years

Can you integrate a diesel generator into your solar system ?
Some solar inverter have Dry contact such as our SX-HSI ,SX-SPI ,SX-SEI series, the dry node communication line can be used to automatically start the generator.
Please note your generator needs to have a 2 wire auto start function.

Can I Get a Sample Before Placing a Bulk Order?
Yes, we provide samples for most of our products. Sample costs will be refunded in your future bulk order.
Will it be hard to installation if I do it myself?
For solar panel it may be hard as it need to install the solar panel rack,you can ask for a local installer to help.
For connecting solar inverter, solar controller and battery ,it is easy ,you can do it by yourself.
What is Power inverter with AC charger, UPS function.
Power inverter is DC to AC machine. But if we add AC chargeron the inverter as the picture shows. It can charge the batter from AC230/120.
When the inverter detects the battery power shortage, it will automatically charge the battery from AC 230/110 according to your grid. Until the battery is full charged, it will automatically stop charging.
If a sudden power failure, the inverter will automatically switch to battery charging, will be not off power. So, it can be guaranteed not to cause data loss or electrical damage due to sudden power failure.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We offer shipping via sea, air, and express courier. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method:
By Sea: 20-30 days
By Air Cargo: 7-10 days
By Express Courier: 7- 10 days

How Do You Handle Logistics and Custom Clearance?
We work with experienced logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. We can also assist with customs clearance processes in your country.
If you have a forwarder in china, we can delivery the goods through your forwarder as well.
What Happens in Case of Delayed Shipments?
In the rare event of a delay, we will keep you informed and work diligently to resolve any issues to minimize inconvenience.
What is the rougly shipping costs by sea ?
The sea fright is different from time to time, season to season.
Generally, the sea freight is calculate by volume (cbm), rough price can be 100-300 usd/cbm. For example, if goods volume is 1.5 cbm, shipping company will round up to an integer and consider 2 cbm. Then sea freight maybe from 200 usd to 600 usd.

Are There Any Hidden Costs?
Yes, our factory is in Guangzhou. we have two office, our marketing headquarters is in Chengdu ,Sichuan province. Our production department office is in Guangzhou.
What currency you accept ? What are the Payment Terms?
We accept more than 10 Major currency.
Common payment terms is T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Credit Card ,Cash.
Our standard payment amount is : 30% deposit to initiate the order, 70% balance payment before shipment.
Payment terms can be different based different order situation. Please contact our sales for detail.
if there is any limit to the amount sent in a single transaction ?
Our bank account is Chinese exporter general trade bank account , we do not have limit to receive goods payment. If your paying bank has a outwards payment limit, please consult with your bank.
