SX-MPS-V MAX Series is an on/off-grid single phase solar storage inverter. For example SX-MPS-V MAX 7.2KW inverter is a combination of 48v 7.2kw high-frequency inverter, AC charger and 140a MPPT solar controller with Max 500Vdc 5kWp PV input.
SX-MPS-V MAX Series support 48v system voltage version, also have 8.2KW and 10.2KW inverter output power optional.

This is a multi-function inverter/charger, combining functions of inverter, solar charger and battery charger to offer uninterruptible power support with portable size. Its comprehensive LCD display offers user-configurable and easy-accessible button operation such as battery charging current, AC/solar charger priority, and acceptable input voltage based on different applications.
There are four charging modes:solar only, mains priority, solar power priority and solar hybrid
Solar first :
Solar energy will charge battery as first priority.
Utility will charge battery only when solar energy is not available.
Solar and utility:
Solar energy and utility will chargebattery at the same time.
Only solar:
Solar energy will be the only charger source no matter utility is available or not.
Utility first:
Utility will provide power to the loads as first priority.
Solar and battery energy will provide power to the loads only when utility power is not available.
Solar first:
Solar energy provides power to the loads as first priority.
If solar energy is not sufficient to power all connected loads, utility will supply power to the loads at the same time.
Battery provides power to the loads onlv when any one condition happens:
– Solar energy and utility is not available.
– Solar energy is not sufficient and utility is not available.
Solar energy provides power to the loads as first priority.
If solar energy is not sufficient to power all connected loads, battery
SBU priority:
Solar energy provides power to the loads as first priority
If solar energy is not sufficient to power all connected loads, battery energy wil supply power to the loads at the same time.
Utility provides power to the loads only when battery voltage drops to either low-level warning voltage or the setting point in program 12.

On/off grid inverter works in many place, suitable for different utility grid conditions, you can use the inverter in different way :
In urban area, with Stable utility grid power but electrictiy price is high. In this suitation, on/off grid solar system can help max reduce electricity bills and resell electricity at price peak-valley
In rural area , with Unstable utility grid power and need backup power supply when power outage. In this suitation, off grid solar system can provide stable power supply.
Typical Scenario | First concern | Charging Mode setting | Output mode setting | Method |
urban area : Utility grid stable But electricity price is high | Reduce electricity bills | Solar first | Solar first | Max use solar energy and battery power |
Rural area : Utility grid unstable | Provide backup power when power outage | Solar and utility | SBU priority | Always keep battery full and standby |
